Mikey's Show Record

Mikey earned his Legion of Honor in 2003. 

Mikey's show record has been impressive since he first stepped into the sport horse world as a 3 year old and won the Sport Horse In Hand Stallions class. Sport Horse-In Hand has continued to be one of his strong suits with eight wins at class A shows, Reserve Champion at Scottsdale at age 4, and two regional championships in 2002 and 2003, and a Reserve Championship in 2005, where he was defeated by his half brother Zzeus SA++/.  He has shown under some world class judges and each of those judges placed him first with scores above 75.  Some of the comments from these judges were, "Very elegant, nice rhythm and overstep, very springy, lovely head," and more. 

In addition to his Sport Horse In'Hand wins, Mikey has been the Region 2 Reserve Champion Arabian Sport Horse Under Saddle two years in a row and Reserve Champion in Sport Horse Show Hack, 2005.   Mikey also has an excellent record in Training level dressage with Tammy and Anne, and has also earned points in Hunter Pleasure.

After only four months of training as a working hunter, Mikey was able to win a Reserve Championship in Working Hunter, JTR 17 and under, at Youth Nationals in 2005.  mikeytravis:
